How does it work?

The Heated Hearts necklace works by simply applying any form of heat to the pendent, doing so will result in the image appearing. Once the pendent is cooled off, it will reset back to it's black color.

Are they handmade?

Yes! All of our necklaces are actually handmade, they must be in order to have your custom image in each one. They are very sturdy and articulated with the best material.

How fast is shipping?

Our shipping times vary depending on the delivery country, but generally range from 6-20 days as they are custom made and some countries have slower logistics!

Do they go back to black?

Yes! The necklaces are just heat activated, so when they are left in room temperature, they will return to the original black color and cover the photo. You can also place them in an even cooler area for faster results, such as a freezer.
